I think Hardy has a great setup to tell these two players that whoever plays the most energetic defense will win more minutes. I think both have different offensive strengths that could make our offense work well….but defensive impact will be the real differentiator.

5x125 with $27M for the first year and $23M in year 5. That’s good value and flexibility the last couple of years when we’ll hopefully be ready to really compete.

Regardless of the rationale and whether/how it was justified, this sucks. Sexton was fun to watch and was one of the few guys who put his whole heart and soul into to every minute of every game.

I like it but worry this one would win too many games...
