Well you may be a few weeks early in the cycle with that observation. I thing the Don is chafing a bit at keeping things with the Jazz FO on the down low and won't play quite so nicely this time.

I think ego plays a large role at this point. He wants a larger market with more sparkle than SLC/CLE. I'm sure he hates DA for shuffling him off to the Cavs rather than being able to force his way to NYC.
