ThisBlazers don't scare me much... even the other night we shot like dog water and still played them close without our starting backcourt.
They say that bad calls have a tendency to even out. I certainly hope that is the case. There have been probably 6 separate games in the past month where the Jazz lost or the Suns or Lakers won based on single or multiple bad calls. With all the bad calls against us recently if a few of those could balance out it would be great as we go into the playoffs. I am not holding my breath.....Suns got 2 huge wins via lame *** weak calls on the last shot in the last month. Lame.
Well its back and forth basketball karma. Suns got the short end of the stick when they lost the back to back games against Denver when the Suns were still struggling, and Jokic/Murray both got away with late missed calls in each game.Suns got 2 huge wins via lame *** weak calls on the last shot in the last month. There are teams that get calls and teams who don't, unfortunately, Utah is one of those teams that don't get calls.Well its back and forth basketball karma. It comes and goes. Odds are the next time the Suns are in a close game, the calls will go against them.
In fact, it WILL go against them if its against the Warriors or Lakers.
EDIT:
I can almost guarantee Phoenix will NOT get the calls. Their young players have NEVER been to the playoffs. That is a huge reason young teams never win. Phoenix is a nice story, but in the playoffs, they will get worked over by the referees whom will favor the more experienced teams.
Utah doesn't have that to worry about.
This isn't a joke. It's a public service announcement.... everytime I see a rookie on the board, I jokingly warn them about Cy.
While he plays on a team with one of the worst records in the league, no less. One thing I never considered was how Ricky Rubio feels seeing the Jazz and Suns battling for the best record in the league.

Someone tell me about Denver/LAC. Denver has tie breaker and LAC may be tanking and could be tied up after tonight.
The Clippers would have to out-tank BOTH the Rockets and the Thunder. That would be quite a feat. Not sure why the Clippers are trying to fall to 4th unless they think the Lakers are going to be 6th.
But a Rockets tank evens up the loss column and Denver could only match them loss for loss and since they own the tie-breaker.The Clippers would have to out-tank BOTH the Rockets and the Thunder. That would be quite a feat.

I'm assuming that Denver would lose to Portland and the Clippers would beat the Thunder. The Thunder need to lose to keep pace with the Magic and the Cavs in a tank race.
