NON-JAZZ NBA PLAYOFF thread

I'd take Ayton over Rudy. There's a reason the Clippers aren't f'ing around with small ball. Ayton destroys it.
This Jazz team just need that raw talent. Messing up all those lottery picks really hurts. There is a reason that Rudy/Bogey/JC were taken at the spots they were in the draft. So is Royce, oh wait... He wasn't even drafted.

I know it wasn't Cousins fault, but I still think it was hilarious that after only playing 4 minutes, Lue threw him in to guard the Crowder inbound only for what happened next to happen.

Calm down people. The Jazz did better than the Suns in the first two games, and the Clippers had Kawhi. How Phoenix responds to games 3 &4 is what matters.
Yes but a fresh CP is gonna be joining them soon. Suns will be in the finals... I’m 100% picking them to win it.

I would take Mitchell over Booker, but would probably take the Suns starters at every other position. Yes, I’d even take Ayton over Rudy.
What's remarkable is that James Jones built the whole thing in little less than three years. And most of our starters, on the other hand, were results from over four seasons ago(Rudy, DM, Royce, Joe)

There was a poster here early in 2019-20 season that said if we were really serious about winning the title we should flip Conley for CP3. People scoffed.

CP, Monty, Jae all helped the young talent on the Suns grow and those bastards gonna win it all. Honestly it’s pretty cool how they put it all together.

Anyone see Cousins shove Booker after Ayton’s basket? It’s at about 0:22 seconds.

I’d be livid if Clippers converted on that last possession after the review gave them additional time but didn’t review for hostile act.

Yes..I Googled

Jae Crowder
Grayson Allen
Korver
2- 1st round picks

For Mike Conley

Dam. Now we are about to lose Mike for nothing
This was such a bad trade. It’s this era’s AK47 max deal. It’s an albatross that sadly, I think might eventually end this era. We gave up too ****ing much for an aging injury prone guard. Losing those draft picks was inexcusable.

And if we lose Conley for nothing in the summer, any GM would have his job on the line. Would be a huge surprise if DL/Zanik aren't let go this offseason.

Who needs CP3 when cam Payne is going you 29, 9, and carving up their defense?

Why didn’t we him up? He was out of the league two years ago. I think he would’ve been more useful than Brantley or Morgan. Right?

I see players left for the scrap heap this playoffs who could’ve helped us. Slow Mo Anderson, Rivers, Reggie jackson, Batum, Craig, Payne. What the ****? Why are we holding onto Oni and Morgan when we could’ve nabbed any of these players?

That would be unfortunate. But maybe it’s time for us to tank for a few years and hope that we can rebuild like Phx and give it another go here in 2-3 years?

Tanking isn't an option short term unfortunately because we still owe a first round pick to Memphis. Wouldn't wanna waste a season just so we can give Memphis a high quality lottery pick.

You just signed your best players to max contracts. Now is the time to compete. We just need to adjust some pieces and run it back.
