Danuel House signs with Sixers

The FO might want the new coach's blessing and the events of today hadn't quite happened so the FO may not have known if they had any money to work with.
I don’t know I gotta think we got blindsided somewhere! I mean no qualifying offers for Pascal or for Forest, we waive Juancho and then we find out about Danuel House? I feel like with the delay to name a coach we arrived a little late to the party.

In the NBA grand scheme of things all of those guys may not have been that good. This isn't Ainge's first rodeo and he's seen a lot of players pass through and I'm sure he felt that the Jazz could do better.

Doesn’t feel that way at this juncture but I watch a lot of movies and you sounded pretty inspirational there so I’m going into suspended disbelief mode for the time being and praying like hell you’re right!

I’ll admit that I haven’t always been a Danny Ainge fan, but now that he’s ours. . .

I hope he’s that cutthroat MFer that went out and tampered his *** off to get Hayward to team up with Tatum and Brown. That plan was three wing sized players in the starting lineup. I’m hoping the Jazz try something similar with Don and Rudy before blowing it all up.

Daniel House deserved more minutes than most of our starters. Good player. Guess I am not smart enough to see what the Jazz front office sees but it sure was nice to enjoy his effort on the court.

Good for Danuel.
We'll be ok.
DA's kitchen's goin' full fuming mode as we speak.
Yeah, he's gonna have the most fringe g-league guys on contract in the league! We don't need no steady rotation players when we can reap the best, or second-best, a given g-league team can offer.

I think he is about to get a rude awakening as to what it takes to get anyone to come play in the city of Utah.

I liked House and was hoping the Jazz could sign him to a cheap contract given he was almost out of the league last your but there's some pretty negative comments for not re-signing House ssshhheeesh.

No one knows how much interest the Jazz had in re-signing him but I'm also wondering, assuming if there was any from the Jazz if they were hoping to get him an the minimum and if it wasn't going to be at the minimum if it was ever close to 4.25mil a year. Since he signed a 2yr 8.5mil contract with PHI, which also to add he is familiar with the GM Daryl Morey, Harden as well as PJ Tucker.

Seems PHI is getting some of that HOU 2018 band back together, so there may have never been interest from House in re-signing with Utah at least once PHI got involved and the relationships/connections he has.

So what is a NUTCASE and "not in a bad way?" Seems like a bit of a contradiction.
Honestly, not really. We all know that one dude/dudette that is just different. Cool, would never hurt a fly, but not altogether either.

Might just be me though. I ran with some very odd folks.
