I have to admit, as a Brice doubter, he played great. It didn't feel like he was forcing anything and played within the offense and made the right plays. I hope he continues to prove me wrong.

I also thought that his defense was pretty solid, and night and day compared to some of his outings early (or was it pre-season?).

He was solid. When he really focusses on defense he's ok. He can move his feet and has a solid frame. I think he will continue to get lost on screens and have a hard time defending better offenses.

He has had times even very recently, where he has been completely lost on defense, and just looked like he wasn't paying attention. The good news is that some of the "ability" concerns I had for his defense coming out of college seem to be injury/weight related.

He looked great overall. Still cost us down the stretch with another lazy pass however. What’s with these guys, it’s like passing 101.
 
I'm glad to see Brice had a great game. He had been my guy all along. Had him 7th on my draft board, ahead of our other rookies. Real strong kid, moves well, dangerous from the 3-point line and his spots in the paint.
