What Would it Take to Make the Playoffs?

As horrid as last season was, there were glimpses that the talent level was not that far away: The beatdown of the Blazers in Portland and a couple of wins in Florida are examples. Of. course multiple contusions and illnesses ravaged the team soon thereafter

What Would it Take to Make the Playoffs?

Here are the pieces we would need: A journeyman point guard, a two guard in the role of Malik Beasley, and a swiss army knife like a healthy Jared Vanderbilt.

Jazz hire Celtics Assistant GM Austin Ainge as new President of Basketball Operations

Hardy has a new contract so it probably won't be him.

What Would it Take to Make the Playoffs?

The previous owners' formula for being profitable was to stay out of the luxury tax and have two playoff series. Perhaps Ryan's outside investments are not faring well and he wants to see less red ink on the books.

What Would it Take to Make the Playoffs?

Resign Collins, keep Lauri, trade for or sign a journeyman point guard, go shopping for veteran free agents either here or overseas. Resign Oscar.

    Cody Williams poll

Last Spring my red flags went up when Cody was outplayed in an NCAA tournament game by a guy from Boise State who is a good college player but will not be drafted as he was not invited to both the GLeague combine and the NBA draft combine.
