Lol, I meant Collier. Been operating on too little sleep as I'm in the process of getting a new business off the ground and still trying to maintain my current workload.
Sexton is a good shooter and has improved a lot all around, but when I see the offense run under Tre, it makes watching the game more enjoyable. And that says a lot because Tre has a lot to improve on.
First he needs to be assertive. He has shown some glimpses of talent. He definitely has the size and athleticism. He just needs confidence and some fire. How he responds in summer/fall will be telling.
I didn't want to draft him as he looked unpolished in college. Easy to say in hindsight, but...
For a NBA owner, from an investment standpoint only, with the current revenue sharing model, they would want as high as ratings as possible, and ratings have been down. They want high ratings with the new tv deals. Flagg in Utah would not move ratings up at all.
No doubt, and they need matchups on national broadcast days that bring in high ratings. Otherwise they lose out on future tv deals. They need the ratings. I'm sure with revenue sharing all the teams will make a lot off of these "decisions".
Until they do the draft in front of the cameras, I'll continue to think it is rigged. The Luka trade was too suspect, which is why I, along with many others, believed they'd be rewarded in the lottery. The Spurs must have some damn good blackmail evidence against Adam Silver as no team is that...
Bad shots and turnovers lead to a lot of easy buckets that are hard to defend. The Jazz also have a number of subpar defenders. Just a lot of poor/inexperienced decision making. In tanking years it doesn't matter, but if there isn't a major turnaround you have to start looking at coaching.
Jazz will not get the #1 pick. If I am wrong I'll change my name to The Gold Douche.
Hope my name changing predictions are as accurate as @Douchebag K's...
Been listening to the audiobook on road trip w wife over the past year. Still a couple hours to go.
Project Hail Mary could also be the title of Utah's tank season.
Back in my day people had a thing called respect. Sure, we still got naked and pooped on airplane seats, but it damn sure wasn't our seat, unless we used a toilet seat cover.
New tv deal and pressure to get high ratings. It is a business, not a sport. If the Jazz get the #1 pick, I'll change my tune. When Dallas gets it, we'll all know why.
Yep, and the ocean current moves it north up near Coronado. It smells like **** at those beaches quite often.
So much corruption in Tijuana. Many new homes sewage is connected to storm drains so even if they fix the sewer treatment plants the problems will continue.
