Yeah, about 34 hours to Chicago then another 20 to NYC. Gonna be a long ride but should be lots of nice scenery.

It is way cheaper to fly. 250 bones for the train, $149 for a flight through JetBlue. We are flying back, but the person I'm going with will only go if we take the train there. So I figure even if it sucks, I'll be able to say I did it.

True, but we can't really do that very effectively as it is now. For me though, it's not so much about the Jazz getting shafted as it is the Lakers/Heat/Celtics/etc having it way too easy. If a hard cap makes it slightly harder to keep Gasol, Kobe, Odom and Bynum on the same team... or LeBron...

I have no job or school now and really want to take some group classes (languages, cooking, wine, whatever) so I can stay busy/meet new people and stuff. I know there are community classes through the SLC school district but I think they only happen in the spring. Any ideas where I can do this...

Este is killer even though I'm not a fan of the owner. If you're into NY pizza that's tops. The Pie is really, really hard to beat though. I love thick doughy pizza with tons of cheese.
