I don't think Wizards trade Beal for a pick. Beal is a star. I'm from Philly. I don't think they trade Embiid. He is their darling right now. There would be revolts in the street if they traded Embiid. Like, if Utah traded Mitchell. Those fans suffered for years to get Embiid, to trade him now...

It would be very interesting. I think Simmons complements Jokic more and you'd still have Murray or Porter Jr. Then you add a scorer with Embiid and Horford and Harris. I think that could be a trade where both teams end up a lot better.

I'm not saying Harris bad, but he is overrated by Jazz fans and not worth that contract. Having Gobert with a supermax and Harris with a 5 year max would kill this team. I'd much rather have Bojan and a smaller contract.

Even if they kept Simmons, with Butler and JJ they were a miracle shot away from beating the Raptors. Philly went from title contender to a team in disarray in one offseason.

Philly would cry tears of joy if someone would take Harris or Horford. Philly is going to lose Simmons or Embiid if they can't dump salary. That being said, would Philly/Denver consider a Simmons for Murray or Porter Jr? That would solve a lot of problems for both teams.

He’s a game changer for the Jazz because he can take wear and tear off Bojan and Ingles by allowing them to spend more time at the 3. When those two are healthy come playoff time from not being beat up, Green is now a game changer.

Yeah, Exum isn’t going anywhere. The Jazz desperately need him to blossom and now. If Conley plays as good as we all hope he does, he’s only here for one season when we let some other chump overpay him when he opts out. If Exum can show us anything, he becomes our starter in 2020.

My preference would be a vet, hopefully one chasing a ring and ok being the backup.

The Jazz desperately need Exum to show something. If Conley plays the way we all want him to play, he is only here for one year. Ideal situation is that Conley is amazing, gets some ridiculous deal from someone else and Exum flourishes as a backup PG and takes over next year as the starting PG...

So, we traded 2018 and 19 picks (both are meh), a player who was considering retirement and a very average bench guy for Conley? What did Memphis get? The 2022 pick. This trade boils down to 2022 for Conley. Memphis hopes we bomb. We hope Conley wins us a title. A solid trade for both teams.
