True. I wonder if tanking hurts their impact at all. Interesting side note. I looked at Mark Eaton's stats today and by far his best year was year 3 yet he was named an all years later when he had a much worse year. His teams record was much worse when he played better. Another...

Nope they replaced sextons money with nurkics money and lost a draft pick. Getting one off the garbage pile keeps the pick and saves money. In this trade we didn't save money and lost a pick.

Which everyone would be fine with. What is confusing is why you had to sweeten the deal with a pick. No one thinks 2nd round picks are more worthless than I do but I just didn't see the necessity of including one in the trade.

As numberica mentioned, could have just cleared the deck by buying out sexton and keep the pick. If you really want a back up center get yourt7 or eubanks or whoever the **** off the garbage pile.
