Could the Jazz Milk Washington if The Ace Saga Sours?

Right but it’s just a wasted pick. They continue playing basketball and doing business.

Could the Jazz Milk Washington if The Ace Saga Sours?

A link would be good. That sounds like how it works for a second rounder.

Could the Jazz Milk Washington if The Ace Saga Sours?

We’ll know there’s a problem when Clayton shows up alone to his press conference.

Could the Jazz Milk Washington if The Ace Saga Sours?

How does that hold hold the jazz hostage. The jazz are very rich and will continue to play basketball. They’ll continue to draft players, trade for players and sign players in free agency. And they wouldn’t have to pay the 2025 #5 overall pick. Ace misses out on 4 years of NBA basketball and...

Could the Jazz Milk Washington if The Ace Saga Sours?

jazz have the leverage. they can prevent ace from playing in the nba for four years.

Utah Jazz Select Ace Bailey, Pick 5

after saying it isn't over and there is more to come, they went back to him, and he says they are still going back and forth and thinks that ultimately it will be settled and ace will sign.

Utah Jazz Select Ace Bailey, Pick 5

oh good hell. hopefully his knowledge of Ace and the Jazz is about as accurate as his prediction that the jazz would draft fears.

Utah Jazz Select Ace Bailey, Pick 5

doesn't utah hold his rights for longer than that? is it seriously just a year and you go back into the draft? that doesn't seem right, but it never happens, so who knows.

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

i'm asking you to teach me. tell me how murray was different that translated into him being a better player. i'm clearly missing something in your mind, but i don't know what that is. so help me out. and it's okay if you don't have anything. i get it. sometimes it's just easier to tell...

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

what are you talking about? seriously. what else should include in a comparison with Murray? did you even read my post?

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

it should be noted that at age 21, Murray averaged 18 and 5 on 53.8 TS. Key at age 21 averaged 17 and 6 on 53.9 TS%. In Murray's next season he went for 18 and 4 on 55.9% TS. Key is actually very similar to Murray with perhaps better PG skills - just needs to continue a slight...

Utah Jazz Select Ace Bailey, Pick 5

i watched almost every rutgers game and was baffled at how bad he was those last several games. it was as if he forgot how to shoot. very weird. wasn't even making his signature "tough" shots. the only thing i noticed is that he played really well when Harper was out but when Harper came...

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

i think it's okay to hope for decent defense. probably can't really be above average due to his lack of length, but he's strong and smart and if he gives effort on that end and moves his feet, he can be solid.

Salt Lake City Summer League: July 5-8 @ Huntsman Center

not sure. my guess is that even if he is, they won't want to risk anything in summer league for a 3rd year guy. on the flip side, he needs the reps, so if he's been cleared i can see the logic in playing him too. i just think the former is most likely.

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

as windhorst said, if you are running the jazz and you worry about whether guys want to be in utah, you won't ever get anything done. very much paraphrased. anybody who has never spent time in utah will want to be in utah.

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

i don't disagree with you at all. if that's who the jazz wanted, i have no problem with the trade up and what they gave up. just saying that as somebody who wouldn't even have taken him at 21, of course i wouldn't give up anything, no matter how minor, to move up to take him. all that...

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

IMO, and this really isn't that bold when one considers Clayton was a 1st team all-american, MVP of the NCAA tournament/final four, etc, Clayton IS currently the best player in the draft outside of Flagg. now, he's older and there are guys who WILL probably be better than him at some point...

Utah Jazz Select Walter Clayton Jr, Pick 18 (Trade)

same. i'm always enticed by length and positional size in general, so he wasn't the guy i wanted (didn't not want him either), but i think with his shot making, change of pace, bball iq and competitive nature, he could be pretty special.
