If true... Depends on the situation. Boston was low-balling everyone, remember? If DL was doing his job and got low-balled (i.e. no lottery picks or decent players) then why would he entertain that? Boston was under no pressure to do anything considering they'd get him for free in a few months...
Burn them. With all the fire of the sun. And then physically shoot them into the sun.
Nike... man. They have really not done a good job with their NBA contract. Flimsy jersey material. "Cool themes" as an excuse to do bad things to traditionally good looks. Ugh.
And TWO yellow jerseys...
NBA League Pass has their free preview right now. Caught the Wolves game at work thanks to that. Think it only goes through the 24th. We were definitely supposed to get some sort of streaming option for cable subscribers. I imagine it's supposed to work like Watch ESPN, where you login with your...
Nah. As much as I'd like to see him come back it is a pretty legitimate question about the supposed "chemistry". Although, do the Jazz even have any with how much time everyone has missed?
Anyway, he can go to a better team for probably the same money and without the baggage. Plus he'll get...
Zero research involved with this but:
Can Houston match Parsons and trade him to us with some trash and picks... we let Gordon walk and at least we have a stop gap for a couple years?
Why do Jazz fans continually pine for these 3rd and 4th tier veteran PGs?
It boggles my mind whenever I see it. It's quite obvious we kinda need a franchise PG at this point. These stop-gap quick fixes aren't working. They rarely work for teams on the cusp of a championship and we are far from that.
Except, our young players warmed the bench until the last 3rd of the season. Our vets went nowhere at the deadline and we're stuck in no-man's-land again for the draft. They should name the mid to late teen picks "Jazz picks" with how often we get those.
I went ahead and bought the first book after reading this thread.
As someone with a story in my head and an itch to tell it somehow (either graphic novel or written novel form),
I can completely identify with what you're trying to do here and I can offer nothing but support while hoping someone...
Someone explain to me why the Jazz didn't do more to complete that Clippers deal?
You add Odom for Millsap and you're basically swapping 7-8 mil. expiring contracts.
Carroll for Bledsoe? Geez. You've got too many wings as it is. My head hurts.
With Corbin in charge, we aren't winning a title. Simple as that.
Doesn't even have to do with who's playing and who isn't. Ty doesn't understand the game of basketball.

Thats what I would do. Milsap and Jefferson for Dudley, Gortat and Dragic.
Another version would be Jefferson for Dudley and Dragic straight up, which I actually like better since that clears room for Kanter and Favors if you don't add a big...
