It depends. He has more offensive upside than all of them easily. He has heart to take clutch shots, it is hard to stop him once he is hot. He has triple threat and so on. I wouldnt pick him 1 if i dont have a decent PG. If i had a certain need in 2 spot, i would take him in a heartbeat...

You should divide G-Hill into two. 1- Re-sign G-Hill for 12-16 range. 2- Overpay G-Hill. Also add D-Rose. He would do bigger impact than all of these guys if healthy. It is a big if but not bigger than if George Hill healthy.
