Teo is smart but he doesnt have the speed nor strength to guard pgs. Westrbook, Wall and their likes will destroy him. I dont compare Rubio- Teo. One is NBA proven decent PG other is an enigma. I believe he is a euroleague guard. He wont fit that well to NBA, especially with the pace and space...
It depends. He has more offensive upside than all of them easily. He has heart to take clutch shots, it is hard to stop him once he is hot. He has triple threat and so on.
I wouldnt pick him 1 if i dont have a decent PG. If i had a certain need in 2 spot, i would take him in a heartbeat...
You should divide G-Hill into two.
1- Re-sign G-Hill for 12-16 range.
2- Overpay G-Hill.
Also add D-Rose. He would do bigger impact than all of these guys if healthy. It is a big if but not bigger than if George Hill healthy.
You won't get my defining of duty because im talking from my standpoint. In Turkey, it is duty of the player to play for national team. Noone questions it. This year Ersan Ilyasova might not play for national team for same reasons. And he will get lots of complaints within the country for sure...
It is duty because those teams domestic leagues arent anywhere close to NBA. Only Turkish and Spanish leagues are decent in Europe, but even they cant match by any means with nba. Thats why those people wants to watch good players playing for their national team at some point. I like Gobert's...
I see Ike Anıgbogu like a little Gobert. He might actually cover that spot for 5-10 mins per game behind Gobert and we dont need to do weird stuff like playing Favors at C.
What do people think about Kennard here? I see couple of draft sites giving us Kennard, he looks smart with a soft touch...
John Wall is amazing even when he looks bad. He would make us instant contender. Like GSW 1 Utah 2 Cavs 3 in the whole league. Avery Bradley playing really good btw too, both defensivley and offensively. Game 7 will be really hard. I will root for Wizards. I think most Jazz fans will in this...
Paul George will probably be traded to LAkers. So Boston will get either Butler or Hayward. I think they will first try to convince Hayward and use their lottery pick for another asset. If they cant, then they will use it to get Butler.
I hope we can get Butler, if they get Hayward.
John Wall evolving to a superstar. Just a step behind Durant and likes... And a step beyond Hayward. We would have been a serious contender with someone like him.
51 wins is great considering the injury problems. But our playoff run showed we are still far from being a serious contender. Inability to close out game 3 and game 6 against clippers. The close end game in game 5 despite of our much better play. And basically we couldnt just do anything vs GSW...
