I didn’t think it could be possible that Austin was actually above his dad but it now looks to be actually true.
Winning trades as in if he doesn’t fleece another team, he’s not going to make a trade. There is plenty of value to extract making mutually equitable deals transitioning from win-now to bottoming out and it looks like we lost more value than we gained using his strategy.
The thing that makes this such a glaring error is that we’ve already identified the error of Ainge’s need to win trades and squeeze every team and that we lose value when he makes that decision. We knew this was happening three years ago.

I can't speak to what that number is, seems weird if they have endorsements included. I am getting $141,680,000, which is still an outrageous number but $35 million short.
Hard for me to imagine that Milwaukee would say no to us bailing them out of Dame straight across. And I get the feeling that Collins in this environment will not net much of anything, either.
This is in contrast to SENDING an asset and looking like fools.
