The Mitchell/Garland back court as talented as it is looks to have limited potential. A young team are the Cavs but Im not seeing as potential super team going forward.
Shame he is horrific on catch and shoot 3's. Would open up his game so much if he could reliably shoot within the teams offense.
Has flashed a lot of defensive upside, if he can become more consistent on offense he will stick in the league for a long time.
Hard not to watch what Kessler brought to the team against Atlanta and think what Turner could potentially bring to the team as a more proven defender with an outside shot to go with it.
News flash Brown isn't extending here. Any offer we could make so could another big market team.
I would give up a first rounder that is lottery protected. Hardly draft capital, given the number of draft picks we have stashed away. Turner is a free agent this year with less teams having cap...
No thanks. Would love Brown on this team but he is UFA at the end of next season with a lot of teams going to have cap space. If we are go all in on a player we need to make sure they're locked into a long term contract.
Im not against using lottery protected first rounds rounders on one year...
Health issues aside I would love to see this team with Lonzo Ball and perhaps Porzingis instead of Olynyk.
I think the most important thing we can do though is nothing relatively speaking. There is no need to make any moves unless they're too good to turn down. Im still open to the Westbrook...
Disagree. From a Jazz POV it doesn't get much better. Don't get me wrong it's a horrible free agency group if you're aiming for a superstar which the Jazz have no chance at attracting any year but for the next level of player who we might have a chance at we can probably afford to overpay...
Lets be honest everyone bar Lauri is tradable, regardless of how likeable and fun it is to watch this years team.
The shift is less about getting draft picks out of any potential Westbrook deal but more freeing up cap space for free agency and going after the likes of Jerami Grant, Kyle Kuzma...
We can gain plenty of cap space by taking on Westbrooks deal.
I don't think Danny Ainge cares too much for this. He wasn't afraid to blow Boston up twice and he wasn't afraid to blow Utah within 6 months of being in charge. The relative is most of the guys we currently have won't be on the...
Does anyone think we can be players in the FA market over the next two off seasons with Lauri and Vanderbilt on bargain contracts and a lot of teams not having cap space.
Feels like we are in the perfect position with cap rising to overpay for a free agents on the basis of when the cap climbs...
Ainge MO seems to be turning one mans trash into another mans treasure. Buy low, sell high. He also knows how to find a desperate buyer.
He got KG/Ray Allen for peanuts relatively speaking. He later traded KG and Pierce to a desperate Brooklyn which kicked started Celtics rebuild by drafting...
