WCJ was easily the most encouraging player in that game for the Jazz.

Very high - he did really well in Summer League last year.

A handful of examples of players staying in San Antonio and Sacramento doesn't prove that players who have played for Utah mostly hate it post-career. But who knows, maybe you can do another Reddit search for stories of even more players who have stayed in other places.
