So the Jazz are now 3-16 since the trade. I'll admit, it's a first class tank job to get this 9th pick or whatever in a weak draft. And it makes draft night interesting to watch. But this season has been one of the most uninteresting since the Corbin days. For those of you still watching...

I guess 2-8 over the last 10 games is watchable if you're rooting for losses.

I can see the appeal. First, trade Lauri for a bunch of picks in 2031 and 2035. Then, draft a bunch of players, and then trade them for some more picks in 2042 and 2046. Finally, those players and future picks can be traded for more future picks in 2178 and 2573, and by then, the Jazz will be...

I hate tanking, but **** it, this season has been a complete disaster to watch, so I guess rooting for losing is better than nothing.

For ****'s sake, I always thought those RealGM memes about "look at the player Ainge almost got" were an overreaction...but now I'm living it.

Thank you Ainge for ruining any interest I had in this season. Thankfully League Pass is a monthly option, so I can at least save $20 for a couple months.

I'm almost tempted to switch my vote to yes, because at least draft night will be interesting. Of course that'll be tempered by the fact the #9 or whatever pick will just play half the year on the G League team.

Those trades just gutted the spirit and soul of this team. Early this season I quit watching because the product was horrible (and just as importantly but more generally, I'm detesting the modern NBA play style), but they can't together and became watchable. Guess Ainge wasn't having that. Oh...

Meh, it's hard to care. They'll just trade away a bunch of players next year if the Jazz are playing good anyways. The FO is pretty good at building up apathy.

I don't really get this trade at all. It bugs me more than the Fontecchio trade did.

Well, it's at least a great 2nd round pick. Odd trade. I like Fonteccio, thought he really has played well this season, but I'm not that upset about it.

Guy is such a hard worker and has a great attitude. Real easy to cheer for.
