Great day so far for he tank. Hornets winning is obviously better, but Dallas getting wins is the next best scenario. If the Lakers hold the lead against Minnesota then Dallas and Minny will be tied for 8/9. Minnesota ending up on the outside of the playin would be fantastic.

I mostly agree, but he did have a league-wide famous example of the opposite with Sexton in crunch time a bit ago with the 8 second violation. He did follow it up with a game winner, but he does seem like a very calm guy overall who can boil over pretty bad on certain situations

The Suns did have a timeout left and Grayson got his shot off in 0.2 seconds. If Lauri had missed it and things unfolded the same we would have lost in regulation. I agree that missing was likely the better option, but a fast timeout on the rebound changes the calculus a bit.
