I used to love both Cafe Rio and Barbacoa when I lived in SLC - left in 2011. Qdoba is pretty good, and probably my favorite up here for that type of Mexican food - altho Baja Fresh is pretty good.
In my opinion, there's 5 different types of Mexican restaurants.

George Michael's is technically perfect, but fairly bloodless. There's more emotion in one line of Bowie or Simone's version than in his whole recording. It's kind of surprising, actually.
Apparently, rat****ing also refers to opening a case of MREs and taking just the good bits from each package (the cookies, for example) and leaving the rest in the rat**** box.

I couldn't NOT have Bowie. Interestingly, he based his version on hers after meeting her, and was the only cover he recorded during this period of his career. Apparently he met her and recorded this as a tribute to her.
