I think he explains the reasoning in his last few sentences: "His market will likely be limited" due to his large salary. He could potentially have a bigger market next year when he becomes an expiring deal. You would assume he picks up that last year option ($26.6 mil).

Agreed Sexton is a perfect fit as a scoring guard off the ORL bench. They have long defenders and desperately need to upgrade from Cole Anthony. They also have a bunch of stockpiled picks. The Anthony contract isn't horrible (2/$26 mil) but he really does stink and shouldn't get minutes here...
