pretty much entirely. it would be hard (and hasn't happened yet) to blow the jazz out if key and lauri have just average volume and efficiency (for them) games.

Keyontae George progression watch this year

water's wet. nobody should ever overpay anybody. like, it's always a bad idea to pay somebody more than they are worth. but in terms of what the jazz pay him, let's allow him to finish out the season and see what what we think he's worth. we're 13 games into his third season. let's...

in a way, we may have already traded wemby for lauri.

Keyontae George progression watch this year

yup. i'd still like to see his TS% in the 58-59 range. he's close, but his threes need to start falling.

better not be ace. he'll foul out in 5 minutes.

catching up on cameron carr. somebody said he's definitely on the venn diagram of guys who can jump and shoot and that is right. it will be interesting to see what he does when they stop playing nobodies. he had a nice 16 v washington, but couldn't keep himself out of foul trouble. and...

wow. 17 and 6 on excellent efficiency. definitely a guy to keep an eye on. i guess the main question with him is whether he can continue to get to the line at a crazy rate and if he can't, is he good enough without it.

agreed. so much more efficient than mitchell ever was with utah and he's a better defender.

not hallucinating. it was clear he wanted to be out there and in order to do so, had to defend. and he was legit good at it.

crazy that he has spent the heart of his prime age 25-28 where he has been absolutely elite on a ****** team with no direction. seems like that would be incredibly depressing.

Comments from the Bulls' forums-"Nice job putting a 6'5 guy on 7 foot Lauri....I bet they didnt see that coming"

this is why lauri is near impossible to trade. this is the kind of offer the jazz will get and they simply won't take it.

contrarian cy is the best cy. dybantsa just put an efficient 25 on the #2 ranked team in cfb and that's when he decides dybantsa isn't a top 3 pick. but i get it. there are enough byu fans on here that it would be pretty fun and quite tempting to go against grain as it relates to aj.

to me that was jalen johnson the year before last. there were some indications he might be special (and Lauri was two years younger), but it was still a risk for the team taking him because he wasn't anything to write home about yet. the only way you get a guy like that is by taking a pretty...

wiggins hadn't played an nba game making it nothing like Castle, perhaps a little like Harper. but all it takes is for a guy to look great in their own jersey and the coaches and front office become enamored and they over value already valuable commodities. it's a lot easier to trade a guy...

I'm not even going to say you're wrong. but 20 yo dudes of Castle's caliber (i mean, we're talking about a near 20 and 8, 6'6" elite athlete PG in his second season, who is a legit defender - those guys don't come around every day - as fish said, Harper might be more realistic than Castle and...

my dude is averaging 19, 6 and 8 - in his second season following up his ROY season - and he's a plus defender who can defend at least 3 positions. that's a pipe dream.
