Cody Williams has 20 pts, including 4/6 from 3p in the Gleague right now. Hendricks is scoring too.
Edit: Cody finished with 20/7/2stks. Taylor finished with 26/7/3. The Gleague Warriors team is unserious though.
I think Boozer is like a better version of Domantas Sabonis -- better handle, more aggressive, more fluid, better shooter, more natural position at the 4, etc. He's going to put up big numbers.
Corbin reportedly wanted a point guard, but part of the issue is that Giannis' camp was withholding his medicals from a bunch of teams, giving Milwaukee an inside track.
The Jazz also liked Kelly Olynyk in that draft apparently, but they caught wind of Boston moving up to take Olynyk ahead of...
Collier plays with intensity. WCJ is still figuring out how to play in the NBA. Cody is low-key, but he's playing fairly hard on defense. Taylor is coming back from the injury.
I'd like to see Cody shoot 8 3PAs in a game and see if he can make 3 of them. If he shoots just one attempt in 5 or 6 minutes of game time, it's hard for him to find range or get any rhythm. He can play at the 1 and take some on-ball reps while the team plays through a dynamic wing. Think of the way the Clippers played through Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, while Reggie Jackson played at the 1 as a secondary playmaker and outlet scorer. I'm guessing that's what the Jazz envision...
Jazz reassigned Hendricks to the Stars today. Love is out for rest on the B2B. Maybe some Kyle Anderson?
