Definitely fair. I haven't done a lot of evaluation on ast%.
Which of the following has the greatest likelihood of happening:
Keyonte learns how to play PG.
WCJ learns how to play PG.
Collier learns how to shoot.
Having watched a considerable amount of highlights of this guy, and most of his NCAA tournament run this year, I don't see why he doesn't project as a point guard in the NBA. I keep seeing "combo guard" in a lot of scouting reports. I think most of that comes from the scouting reports earlier in...
If he turns out to be an NBA level lead ball handler, this might be a steal. If he can't develop that well and is a combo/bench guard, it's a decent but not great pick.
It's not just racial stand up, you could do this with a ton of general comedy movies from the past. In general it seems like society has less tolerance for mildly offensive material.
Maybe it's not society in general, but rather there is now a critical mass of people that either don't enjoy...
Can we take on some garbage Philadelphia contracts for Lauri and other veterans, our 21st pick, for the #3? We would be basically giving up Lauri and 21 for pick #3.
Would be cool to get 2 picks in the top 5
Exum went #5 in a pretty solid draft class. Lots of quality rotation players and a couple stars. Williams going 10 in a historically weak draft, at least so far, is more excusable.
Statistically it's very unlikely that all of these guys have a "decent career". It's more likely that a couple of these guys won't even be in the NBA in a few years.
Also, really hard to evaluate any of these guys when they are playing on a team not trying win games.
