This is exactly why I knew I was going to take Anthony Edwards early if I could. I feel like my bench is stronger because I got a really solid pick out of that time frame.

Solid pick. If either Mourning or Mutumbo had been picked he would’ve been right up there with Grant Hill for who I would’ve turned to next.

I do, but it doesn’t feel as consistent as the NFL model. Maybe it’s just because there’s so many games I don’t actually pay as close attention to the uniforms as I do with the NFL where it stands out more. I’m also a much more casual NBA fan. I don’t follow offseason announcements for either...

I do like the idea of NBA teams adopting the long-standing NFL tradition of having a throwback jersey every year, and I don’t hate the old Nike/Oregon Ducks tradition of having a unique off branded version (like the gradient City versions) that they roll out every couple of years.

@Thee Jazz Fan The problem (as I see it) causing the confusion, is that you have Bill Walton listed twice even though @Domino drafted Walton at 81 and Mitch Richmond at 83. If @Hornacekamania drafted Dumars, then @The Midnight should be otc

Sorry. I couldn’t believe my luck that they were both still on the board when my picks came up. It was risky to pass on bigs early, but I feel pretty good about my front court now. Pau Gasol, Alonzo Mourning and Dikembe Mutumbo is a great trio of bigs that can compete with anybody.

Mourning was the guy I was trying to trade up for all along. Was sweating it out to see if he’d fall to me.
