I don't see how travelling and palming and ruining things. Traveling and palming have been impossible to call accurately since players got creative and skilled at ball-handling. Even if you were trying to be super strict about making every call, you would be making a ton of calls on legal plays...
I think Steinbach has potentially elite skills and Nnogba is more of a well rounded center. I would take Steinbach if I'm building a team from scratch but if Utah wants another big I would get them having Ngonba higher because of the defense aspect.
