I think people are getting too caught up in the tank discussion and aren’t fully appreciating/witnessing the star ascension of Keyonte George that is currently happening.
We have a 22-year old guard who is averaging 22.9 PPG, 6.8 APG, 4 RPG on 44.4/34.2/91.1 shooting splits. Including 59.7 TS%...
If another team had Keyonte and he was playing like this we’d be foaming at the mouth to trade for him because he could become that young guy in a trade that became a #1 option.
I mean I can’t really deny anything that you said but at the same time we both have different ways we view TV. You seem to focus on it being realistic which is totally fine and I absolutely get it. When watching sports movies that are so unrealistic or the acting is so bad or the situations...
I guess that’s fine and all but my counterpoint would be that Svi doesn’t affect winning that much. It shouldn’t swing games that much by replacing him with Cody and Taylor. If it does, Svi should be a major piece of the team going forward. Or Taylor is really that bad (we already know Cody is).
I remember when it looked like we were ending up 7-9 I had a few conversations with you about guys in that range and we always had Keyonte in those discussions.
Just catching up here. Dallas hasn’t had Davis and he is a big difference maker. They beat Denver on the road with him last night.
