Presti’s entire legacy is built off of the Clippers being forced to give them SGA and their entire draft capital for the future. He’s good but he’s had a lot of stuff fall into his lap. You can say at least he took advantage of that stuff sure.

I’m pretty sure (reading tea leaves) we offered him around 20M/year and his camp wanted 30M/year. A 50M difference over the entire contract. I think a 25M/year is a likely landing spot.

Absolutely brutal for Walker as he was on his way to his best season of his career. Not extending him doesn’t look too bad at all now. Full on tank ahead as our defense will be atrocious again.
