Woj: Don to the Cavs for Markkanen, Agbaji, Sexton, three unprotected 1sts, two swaps, and a partridge in a pear tree.

but even the extra players would have had more value for future trades. it wreaks of spite.

agreed, i think the knicks picks would have still been better than the Cavs. Plus you could have flipped RJ/IQ for more picks.

    Lakers-Jazz Trade

Lakers have been interested in Reddish and I don't think it would require as much draft capital.

    Lakers-Jazz Trade

why would they wait for him to be on the Jazz? instead they could move EF+Randle+Rose or Reddish for him without dealing with the Jazz

I guess we'll see if it holds or not. If it does, that really takes a lot of teams out of the running to make trades in general.

lol well that had to after seeing what Ainge was asking. They couldn't sell Durant for less without being called fools. Lets see if this market stays or if it returns to reality.

i really don't think they are as upset as this board makes you think. i don't think realgm or SAS is a proper barometer for real fans.

Cavs didn't exactly have a lot of scoring when they were a 31% win team. But his 2pt and 3pt percentages are solid. Almost a 50 and 40 guy.

At some point the Cavs will need to decide between DM and Mobley.

i agree that Ainge played it perfectly. I just don't know why anyone trades with him haha

it's not about asking for less. it's about only settling for the moon. which is why, anyone that deals with ainge will lose. it's smart to avoid him at all costs unless you feel you are that 1 piece away

no other team is asking for as much as the jazz are for their players

in what way? by not overpaying? i'm sure having 2 6 ft starting guards is smart....

i imo, he should be happy... when was the last time Ainge lost a trade?

There is no winning a trade with Ainge - NY was smart to not do the deal. Why break records for DM?

I think many Knick fans are happy with this result. The Cavs were a better team than them even before this deal.
