Holland vs Knecht is interesting to me. Both project to be one way players, in my opinion, and I would prefer the Jazz pick a two way player.

Holland is much younger and could improve his shooting and potentially becomes much better than Knecht, but I don't have a lot of confidence in that happening.

I like Knecht a lot more, but I really worry about his age and his defense.

Is Knecht's defense really that bad. From the college people I listen to he got a lot better as the year went on. He has enough tools to be a mediocre defender at least. I watched a lot of Tennessee and his defense never jumped out to me as being terrible.

The thing I've come around to on Holland is to not ding him as hard for making a terrible decision to go to the G-League.

There is undoubtedly talent there. Just needs a smaller role and maybe one day he grows into the player he tried to be in the G.

You could be right. I don't think it's ever going to be a plus for him, but he might be respectable. He's certainly athletic enough, and when he doesn't have as big of an offensive load he should be able to give more effort on defense.

It's still a concern I have though.

He's just so long/strong/athletic I dont see him having too much issue guarding forwards. He is probably more of a liability guarding guards who use ball-screens, but is it going to be to the point where he's the target?
