I love dark mode because I often get up early and read through JF with tired eyes trying to convince myself to stay awake. Dark mode helps my phone not burn a hole through my head. Until I get a full page ad, bright white.
Not a huge deal, but now they are on nearly every page, and dark mode is coming up short.
Not sure how much control you have over that, but just wanted to call it out
