Good gawd, he had a career year 2 yrs ago at 41.8%/35.2%. That's career BEST and it's still not that great for a guard. Last season he regressed to 40.4%/31.1%. That's in a contract year when you'd think he'd be motivated to work hard on his shot. And sorry, I just don't see Ricky lives up to his rep as a great defender. He also had his lowest steal avg in his career, marking his 3rd straight year of decline. What makes him think he can improve his shooting if he hasn't dome so in 8 years? Sure, he's saying those things. He's in the market for a contract. But he's in for a rude awakening.
