ICE Shooting in Minnesota

That ICE "officer" will be fully exonerated. She drove at him while the officers were attempting to detain her.
Was his life ever actually in danger? I can't say with absolute certainty, but I don't think it was and I don't think he ever believed it was. But he saw it for what it was, an opportunity. She justified his use of lethal force against her.
He has probably dreamed of this day, in some form or another, thousands of times.

EDIT: I think he fired one too many times.
 
Here’s the slow motion. Myself, I watch the shooters feet. He was standing in front of left side bumper that I can see. Woman clearly turned front tires to the right. Shooter does move out of the way. I can’t tell if the car touched him.

We know his first shot entered the lower left corner of the windshield. The ICE officer was standing to the side of the vehicle for the final two shots. Looks like the gun is no more than a foot from her head. The agent is in no danger whatsoever for the last two of three shots.

Trump’s DOJ will not charge him, we can know that from the start. But she’s fleeing, the front tires is cocked to the right. Might have grazed an agent, but it’s BS to hear what DHS and Trump are saying. Video footage shows the agent who shot walking to the crashed vehicle, and back again, no visible indication that he is injured in the least.
The agent put his gun into the window for at least one of those last two shots.

Absolutely no justification for taking a human life in this incident.

But, that’s the thing about MAGA. MAGA actually doesn’t know there was no justification for two of those three shots. That says all you need to know about MAGA. What we already knew. It’s all about the cruelty. So they justify the murder.

The cult of Trump can look at that still shot above, and see nothing wrong with reaching into the driver’s window and blowing the woman’s head off as she drives by the agent.

Facts?? He shot her in the head as she drove past him. Those are the facts.

I think the first shot will be deemed justified. If that is the shot that killed her, I think he is off the hook 100%.

The second shot is questionable. However, life does not happen at 1/2 speed. All these people only wanting to show you the 1/2 speed version are messing with you. Just like I ask the MAGAs, if the people you get your information from are being deceitful what do they gain by deceiving you?

The third shot is unjustified and if that is the shot that killed her he should do serious prison time.
 
First of all its sad that this needs to be in the political thread. This is not political, but these days everything is.

This is hard one. The ice person is obviously poorly trained and used excessive force. But the lady did drive towards him and a vehicle can be a weapon. I have no idea the details more though. These agents are very clearly intimitating people and refusing to identify themselves or follow any correct protocol though. That can be an extremely scary situation and people will panic. The ice person wont be charged even if they were completely guilty and this one has some grey area. Sad that someone lost their lives over this silly witch hunt.

Thats a murder but he will get away with it. She was trying to flee. Flee what? flee why? Did they have lawful grounds? None of it will matter. Poor woman was probably terrified and for that she gets shot in the face. At the end of it all tho she's dead and he will probably get a medal.
