Politics is energized by passions. Some passions are noble and some can't be reasoned with. Both sides think they are right and think they are better than the other side. Many Utahns love their politics. I can't stand some of the positions but that is the reality of living in a free society - you are free to chose what you believe - wrongly or rightly. Occasionally the other side will go crazy against the other side. I wish people could see each other side better.

For the record, I love Donovan speaking his mind, especially on social issues. This is one of the best things he's doing in the community. If he manages to change some minds, this might be some of his most positive impact on the state.

My issues with Donovan have zero to do with him expressing himself in whatever way he wants to... well... unless we are counting the toxic Woj leaks as self-expression...

People speculate that Don is unhappy here due to all the supposed race factors. My argument is that Don is unhappy here because of Rudy. Don knows he's the straw that stirs the drink. Since his rookie year, he has been ascending yet Rudy gets his *** kissed at every turn. Everybody knows Rudy...

This forum has been far less dumb than others. But it still happened. A loud, but vocal minority of Jazz fans were frothing all over it. Would have been hilarious if it weren't sad.
