Collins is a good player that got stuck on a losing team. It's hard to get motivation to play hard on a tanking team that puts much worse players ahead of you. If he gets traded to a contender (like Gafford last year) we will see a very different John Collins.I think this is the key takeaway from this game- Collins' has decided he has to put in some effort to get traded to a better team, and with the injury he's getting more on court minutes to show off. I'm just surprised at how much a little more energy makes to his game- it elevates it considerably.
Yep, he has his motivation, now it'll be interesting if he has the fortitude to keep the energy level high, because no one's going to trade for him based on one or two good games...Collins is a good player that got stuck on a losing team. We will see just how bad the Bucks are in the battle of the bottomfeeders on Friday.Interesting that the Jazz and the Bucks are both 1-6.
You forgot THT was on the other team. Totally changes Tankamatics.Damnit we played this one completely wrong. I mean it was a pipe dream we could go 0-82, but still, this was a losable game. Man did we blow it. We are opening the door for an obviously tanking sixers team to lock up yet another #1 pick and solidify their team with Embiid for the next few years and then into the future. Not to mention the bucks. Why are we so bad at tanking anyway? Ugh.
I actually thought THT was fairly solid last night. Was much more in control than usual. You forgot THT was on the other team. Totally changes Tankamatics.
Also where was @GG Jazz Cabbage last night? His boy was riding pine and looked sad AF in the game.
Also it looks like Brice got benched in the 2nd half?
The dude has some of the slowest decision making processing on the team. He throws risky passes and he throws them extremely late. Im fairly confident in saying Juzang is a better prospect.
His defense has been solid. His shoot looks good, but he just cant process the game very quickly. I wouldnt bench him completely, but I would continue to play Juzang more.Brice looks way better to me this season vs last season, so it will be interesting to see how his development progresses. I'm still really low on him, but purposefully being slow to react to anything he does.
Yeah, I'm kind of shocked at how little run he has gotten. But I love it after how annoying GG Cabbage was about him.The most important thing for Cody last night was to play better than Buzelis.
I don't disagree, I think Juzang is going to be important to make our offense look reasonable and to provide the spacing for our other guys to develop. His defense has been solid. His shoot looks good, but he just cant process the game very quickly. I wouldnt bench him completely, but I would continue to play Juzang more.
Not to be too pedantic but since they don’t own their pick, they can’t feed on the bottom. Bleak. We will see just how bad the Bucks are in the battle of the bottomfeeders on Friday.
Hardy subbed him in early. 30 seconds later he let Dosunmu score an uncontested lay-up with 0 effort. Immediate timeout from Hardy and a long, angry stare. Next possession out of the timeout and Brice throws it behind the Bulls bench into row 4.Also it looks like Brice got benched in the 2nd half?

I believe they own it in the top 4.Not to be too pedantic but since they don’t own their pick, they can’t feed on the bottom. Bleak.
