I would expect it would only be a 1-2 million for each player off the max. There will be no cap room. There gonna need players to take serious pay cuts to play there (like the vet min.)

I could see Shaq returning to Heat. He would be #4 or #5 scorer. Wouldn't have to do alot. Just keep out of everyones way and do the dirty work.
