Post images limit

@Jason there's currently a limit of 20 images that can be posted in any given post. Nobody ever exceeds that except for game threads where the OP has to be chopped up into multiple posts. Can we increase that limit? My next thread is more image-heavy and I don't want to have to strategize on how to break it up.

Increased the limit to 40 (until someone abuses it). Also increased overall post length.
