In all the microanalysis of who we should or shouldn't draft, trading Bell for absolutely anything should be priority 1a. There's a good reason for this besides the fact he completely sucks.

Bell's only worth is playing 20 minutes backing up whatever hero we have playing the 2. And he should probably play less.

Here's the problem: All the crap about Bell's leadership will go right out the window once he's playing less than 30 minutes. He will sulk and suck, a bad combo for a young team that supposedly needs leadership.

I fear KOC doesn't see this. But I know he reads all my posts and I figure this might help.

The problem with your suggestion is that someone must actually WANT Bell. Most likely they'd ask for a #1 to take Bell off our hands. Only solution might be to buy him out.

Wrong. Bell makes minimal money on a two year deal. He still has a reputation for defense even if we know it's a fraud. He didn't shoot well last year, but his career record is around 40 percent from 3. Believe me, I'm not saying we're going to get anything back. The dream is a playoff team wants to absorb his salary for the 279th pick of the draft. But he can be unloaded relatively painlessly if we look.

If can be dumped for a 2nd rounder I'd consider it a coup. If he can accept that he's going to have a Collins role on the team, then I can live with him. But he's already bitched publicly and he's been on my ****-list since.

Not only did he bitch about not starting, but then it seemed like Ty was giving him minutes in the 4th quarter to make up for it. Dude will be an absolute cancer. Dump him for anything or give him away for nothing. Long as he's gone.
