It's coming. So who will The Rapist use the military on first? Americans? Canadians? Greenland? Gaza? Panama? Venezuela?

I think it will be Americans. That's what he means when he says America First.

Panama is the low hanging fruit, no major allies, not going to cause major disruption outside of the region. A relatively self contained adventure, easy for logistics, domestically its a win and a quick win. Its right out of the Reagan playbook, where did he invade, was it Granada? Land some choppers, plant the flag, make the golf courses safe again!! If the US military can't conquer Panama in a long weekend and install a corrupt local government within a fortnight, the pentagon should be turned into apartments.

I think you are overlooking the obvious target.

The United States military has already begun spy plane overflights, and Trump changed the classification of drug cartels to terrorist organizations to make using the US military to blow them up perfectly legal.

The brouhaha over Mexico tariffs where the President of Mexico called Trump to work out a deal, may have been really about not throwing a stink when the US military starts making Mexican citizens dead in Mexico. If I had to guess who is first for military action, I'm thinking it is Mexican Drug Cartels who will be on the receiving end. Remember, Trump is a populist who takes on issues that have 80% support. I look forward to Democrats crying over the dead cartel leaders whose organizations were trafficking fentanyl.
 
I've been playing the new Civilization game so I say taking Panama makes perfect sense.

Also, we should nuke Gandhi before he nukes us.

The UI is so clunky. It really takes away from everything else.

Visually I don't think it's any better than 6, and a bit worse since they don't associate building colors to their function (culture, money, production, etc.)

I haven't gotten past the first "age" yet so can't say how I feel about that.
 
Things are already escalating that the border and military is already in place. So, he’s already used it technically. I think Mexico is the most likely Trumps first target for war.

I think ICE and local law enforcement will handle the protesters and rioters once deportations really ramp up. Do National Guard and covert CIA operations count as military use?
