Love his passing. He's still not as strong as Id like him to be, but even at 28 he has the potential to get stronger once he gets here. He will be a great fit for this team as a reserve and (for at least 3 years) should come at a bargain. Hope that buying him out doesn't keep the team from brining Neto over as well. And being able to use cash to upgrade a deal on draft day. I kind of want all 3 things.

I'm already dreaming of a slashing Favors/Hayward/Burks/Hood catching passes like that for layup/dunks.

Also think that the Jazz experience this year with two 27 year old "rookies" makes it easier to see Tomic as a guy who can come in and help them immediately.

Actually, Exum has had some really good cuts, too. It'd be great having a center that can make pretty much any pass...

Between Gobert, Favors, Tomic and Booker. . . all they need is a stretch 4 to have a fully complementary stable of bigs. Defense, rim protection, size, agility, ability to play offensively above the rim, rebounding on both ends, mid-range shooting, elite passing, creative scoring, energy off the bench. . . the only thing really lacking is a guy with legit 3 point range and a way to better match up against small ball teams.

Ask yourselves this simple question:

Is this the sort of dude the Spurs would go after?

Your answer should indicate whether we should be interested in this dude or not.
