I must have missed ThaPhunkPhenomenon's infractions. He seemed mildly annoying at worst.

Nowhere. Sometimes I'll come across a mod-edited post, but that aside, I wouldn't have known TPP had even a single infraction if not for seeing that he'd gotten a 1-week suspension.
