What's new

Following potential 2015 draftees

Yah, I'm good with Turner, too. The tools are there, the right attitude seems to be there, he's not the most athletic dude, but his timing in defense is great. His shot looks good... As long as we accept that he'd be another project for us and not expect great things right away, I'm OK with picking him.

The awkward running is indeed a weird issue to have with a player, but it's not only that it's awkward... it's that it seems incredibly inefficient and slow to me. I would love to see what his new coach has done with his stride...

It was so weird to me... wonder if he hit a really late growth spurt and things just weren't working right yet. His stroke is nice... it stopped going in at the end of the year though. I wonder if he'd be ready to play spot minutes at the backup C next year with Booker. I'd like to get production out of him while he develops.

He'd be a better center right away than Jeremy Evans and Jack Cooley(and we played both of them some spot 4/5 minutes at the end of the season), methinks. If Rudy plays 33-34 minutes that would leave about 14-15 minutes for Turner... I don't think that would kill us if we get help from other positions off the bench offensively.

Yeah he could take the 7-10 jack Cooley minutes next year. Book would end up playing 20ish minutes which would probably be about right.

i would take Johnson over looney every day of the week.

I still want hezonja the most.

Yup think most would. I get the knocks on him if you think of him strictly as a 3 but I think he could be great if he can play stretch four as well.

Frank the tank, Stanley Johnson, and Kelly Oubre amongst others are at P3 right now per draftexpress.

Pretty cray that Utah was the pretty much the trendsetter for P3 in basketball. I think before that they mainly dealt with baseball athletes.

If we do not grab a big man with the first round pick Milutinov out of Serbia for a second round pick could make a lot of sense. Putting up very good numbers for Partizan.

So who are your top three? Just wondering for when the Jazz move onto the top three in the lottery.

I would say for me it's in this order:

Towns
Russell
Mudiay

I'd have to agree with the list, for me the order would be:
Russell
Towns
Mudiay

At @P3sportscience: Jahlil Okafor, Frank Kaminsky, Stanley Johnson, Kelly Oubre, Robert Upshaw, Joe Young, the Harrison twins, and many more

Kaminsky putting on an absolute shooting clinic out here. Going to be such a touch cover in the NBA.
