Do Millenials Have A Work Ethic Problem?

Well i can't be having 'Repual dysfunction' or whatever the hell it is called, and be the 'cure' for it all at the same time.


Just doesn't work like that, guys.
 
I think the problem is simple, at least for the female millenials. Whenever someone says it's time to go ta work, they hear it as time to go twerk. Personally, I'm ok with the mix up.

So does this mean it is a good thing? At some point in the Roman empire a change in a generation or 2 made all the difference. Same with every other major empire/government in history. Does it mean we are just doomed to repeat it? Or should this be a topic of conversation in any way shape or form?
