2015 NBA Playoffs

Any game that doesn't end in a buzzer beater is going to be a disappointment now.

....this game was poorly played to say the least! Lebron and Irving combined for 12-40 shooting! Pathetic! Cleveland almost had as many turnovers as assists! Both teams shot below 40% from the field. The game was won at the foul line where the Cavs made 15 more free throws than the Bulls. If the Bulls don't get Gasol back at almost full strength.....they can't score enough points to beat the Cavs.

I gotta agree with CJ. Luckily, the game was a nail-biter because it was painful to watch at times. Buzzer-beaters and drama outweighs all.

If the Cavs can make it to the Finals, they've still got a legit chance with LeBron being there.

I honestly don't think so, and their best chance would be to play the Clippers imo. Rockets have no chance of making it. But they'll likely be facing either Golden State or Memphis, in which case I would take either one over the Cavs.

What GSW and Memphis lack is Finals experience which LeBron has.

It will be tough but you can never count out Kyrie & Lebron.

I don't buy that the Finals experience is enough to overcome how severely overmatched their team would be. The Love injury really destroyed them. Their offense went from a thing of beauty to being a slightly better version of the one Lebron had during his first run in Cleveland - but with a worse defense.

With Kyrie's injury (assuming that is why he's doing nothing) and Love out, Lebron is about as alone as he was in the playoffs during his first stint with the Cavs.

Well I called for the Cavs to win when this thread started before Love was out. It will be tough but I still think they've got a shot.

Never underestimate the heart of a champion (LeBron).

Rockets really are a pathetic bunch. They flat out look like they don't want to win. At least the Clippers have played with purpose this postseason.

It does suck and is there any clear evidence that it works? Is there any one instance one can point to where you can say it undoubtedly aided a team in winning a game?
I dunno. Would be interesting to see some stats. Either way, it seems like it is working pretty well atm. Looks like it could be a good strategy considering how bad the Rockets D has been and how explosive the Clippers offense is.
