Although I didn't pay much attention to the PG crop this year, the more I learn about Payne, the more I'm interested in potentially drafting him at #12. While moving Exum to SG in the future wouldn't be ideal as it would take away the physical advantage that he has over most PG's, he wouldn't have any problem guarding 2's & Payne appears to be a great fit alongside him in the backcourt due to his good handles, vision, 3 pt shooting, & defensive potential. With the frontcourt set for the near future, the backcourt looks like the only potential openings in the starting lineup. I'm beginning to prefer Payne over Kaminsky & possibly even Booker. With Hayward, Favors, & Gobert having locked down starting spots, it may make more sense to draft Payne & see who emerges between him, Exum, Hood, & Burks than to draft a long-term backup such as Kaminsky, Portis, etc.
