Following potential 2015 draftees

DX is really good with international players, Givony wouldn't just put Porz at #3 without legitimate basis.

It really doesn't make too much sense though, unless they are trading Noel or Embiid.

I know they can play three bigs at 30 mins a piece, but they are in desperate need of some guards or wings.

Heres two tidbits I've found on Porzingis and Philadelphia:

Kristaps Porzingis made himself eligible for the 2014 NBA Draft last April, but made the unconventional decision to pull out at the Early Entry Withdrawal Deadline (ten days before the draft), despite overtures from two teams (rumored to be Atlanta and Philadelphia) picking in the Top-15 to keep his name in. Porzingis and his family reportedly felt he would benefit from another year of experience playing with Seville in the ACB, and while that move looked risky at the time, he only appears to have helped his draft stock with a very strong season so far in Spain and in the EuroCup.

Derek Bodner @DerekBodnerNBA

Name I've consistently heard tied to #sixers over last few months is Kristaps Porzingis. Told Hinkie has been a frequent visitor of Sevilla.

Derek Bodner writes for DX, fwiw.

At best Russell is an above average athlete for at the SG position and an average athlete with good size at the PG position.

Their premise is to draft the players with the most potential and figure it out later.

Yeah if you're gonna say DRuss has Curry's potential, then you've also gotta also say Porzingis has Dirk's potential..

MUAHAHAHAHA...
Bigger Curry > Dirk.

FTR, I get Cy's point about KP's size, shooting, athletic ability and the potential that comes with it. Still disagree, but it makes sense.

Wow big drop for Kaminsky... didnt DX just upgraded him to top #10 last week? One of them has got to be wrong.

Chad had been wrong before even just this year when he had Looney going top #10. DX had him outside the lottery pretty much from the get go iirc.

If we somehow get Stanley Johnson, OMG.

I still think the lakers need to offer #2 for Russell westbrook. it is a win win for both teams.

Westbrook gives the lakers another superstar to start building around in the twighlight of Kobe's career. he is also a hometown hero.

okc drafts Russell who is a much better fit beside KD with his shooting and passing.

this draft is going to be fun.

minny needs to draft towns. that is a given

lakers could go with Russell, mudiay or okafor. I think Russell is the next best

Philly if towns and Russell are gone they could go mudiay or even okafor but I could see porzingis slipping in here

now the Knicks have a choice between okafor and mudiay. I say okafor is the best fit

magic don't need another non shooter so they take Winslow.

sactown is dancing with mudiay as their pick

Denver and hezonja are a good match

Detroit and Stanley Johnson make since

Charlotte and booker fit

Miami - takes a long look at wcs but take kaminsky

Indy takes Payne

and the jazz could be staring down wcs but draft turner and wcs continues to slide.
