2015 NBA Playoffs

The internet & Xbox hasn't been invented when MJ was playing. Players actually went to bed really early to get rests. Nowadays they just stay up playing games and whatnot (see Hayward), hence the 'tiredness' you're referring to.

...I think your on to something here! I was wondering the same thing....why are these athletes, in the prime of there life, with the best workout programs and the best nutritional guru's making out there menu's....all wore out after playing less than 48 minutes a game??? Could be lack of sleep! We already know that during the regular season after a game these guys are off to the late night strip clubs, etc. But during the playoffs they must be doing something else to effect there sleep cycle! VIDEO GAMES!

This. You'll notice that when there's video of jazz players on the plane, etc, players are playing various video games against each other all the time - but they should instead be getting rests and stuff. Lack of sleep is a big problem in the NBA today.

Bottom line seems to be the Cav's just don't have enough decent outside shooters to keep the Warriors playing solid defense, thus, allowing them to save there energy for offense and rebounding, which is the reason for this 20 point blowout! Even though the Cav's are crashing the boards there not overwhelming the Warriors to the point where it's making that much of a difference! The Cavs only out rebounded them by 6 total and by 10 on the offensive boards, but the ones they don't grab on the offensive boards are turning into easy baskets by the Warriors on the other end.

Jordan could take plays off and actually sit on the bench for more than one game minute without his team falling apart and collapsing.

James has also played in dozens more games during this 5 year Finals appearance stretch than Jordan ever played in 5 years.

James handles the ball more and plays in the post more than Jordan.

James wouldn't be in this position with a healthy Irving.

at same age MJ averaged like 46minutes against Suns in 93 finals. avg 41pts. and MJ partied and smoked cigar. as far as stamina goes MJ & wilt are in a totally different category.

MJ and wilt were not playing video games though

Well, some of those who predicted the Warriors in 6 games may have hit the nail on the head, so to speak, although it wouldn't surprise me if the Cav's muscle out a win in game 6 at home and force a 7th game back in California! I don't think the Cav's have a snowball's chance in a furnace of winning game 5 Sunday night. If a game 7 is necessary, it will be one of the highest rated game 7's in NBA Finals history, if not THE most watched ever! With this ragtag team of muffin heads playing for Cleveland, I'm almost starting to feel sorry for Lebron and secretly won't feel bad if Lebron pulls this off! But then it would mean J.R. Puke wins a ring and that just cannot happen!
