Following potential 2015 draftees

I think his point is that they're certainly not eligible for the 2015 draft and it clutters things. I don't personally care, but it does clutter things.

Lol, I just don't understand dude. That's three years from now and the draft is tomorrow and all you want to talk about is 2017 rankings.

Maybe Dekker not being a top 10 has been a smokescreen the past few months and the smoke has finally cleared.

I think the smoke clears when he's picked, not when teams still stand to gain something by misinformation before he's picked. But yah, it's possible for him to go top 10. I wouldn't pick him in front of any of the wings in that range, though.

It's his addiction. Young HS boys playing basketball.

Actually I just like to have as much information available when i'm giving my opinion on these kids. I think there's value in tracking them as early as possible, it can only add perspective. These players are old enough to represent the country on youth teams.

Plus I genuinely enjoy watching basketball and reading about it. Far from an addiction though, I'm just a fan.

I dont see why its 'Ok this is the crop for this year, thats what im going to focus on'. then next year rinse and repeat.

Who would you target at #8?

I would rather;

Completely trade away our #12 for a pick within that range in '17. That would give us 3 firsts in '17 and a chance to get a franchise player that year. There are no players outside of the top 4 this year that really excite me.. and none at all that really, REALLY excite me.
Been saying this for a month or two.

NBA contacts indicating that the Memphis Grizzlies @Memphis Grizzlies promise with @MartinJarell at 25 is likely legitimate.

Life will come at him fast if he gets drafted here. RT @ESPNAndyKatz: Porzingis says NYK is best organization in NBA.

He may not have as high an iq as we think. I've got him pegged as this years biggest bust anyway.

I have a feeling we could end up with Portis. Reminds me a little of Millsap in that he can do a little of everything, undersized forward, and plays with a chip on his shoulder. The kid is a hard worker, and has a good character. We could do a lot worse that is for sure. I think hed fit this team like a glove.

from Sam Smith....

Watch Utah and Trey Burke. They’re still looking for a distributing point guard. There should be someone there at No. 12, like Cameron Payne. But they could make a move if there isn’t. They believe they are just that position away from making a big move into the playoffs

Lot of talk of Sam Dekker going in the Top 10. This is a new development. Changes who will be on the board at 12

ESPN's Ryan Russillo was saying something similar this morning.
I really hope it's the Pistons.

the Jazz could catch lightning in a bottle at 12 with Payne.
