K.J. McDaniels?

I wouldn't overpay KJ, but he was having a good year in Philly before going to Houston. I think he could be a good third guard and be paid as such.

No. Like the others have said - he shoots under 30% from 3 and under 40% from the field. Those are Chris Johnson numbers.

So what I said was incorrect huh?

Interesting.

What's incorrect is suggesting our GM sign a guy for 3-4 million a year when he simply isn't very good and we have comparable players who can do what K.J. does at 3-4X cheaper.

I wouldn't mind having him on the Jazz but only if it's at the right price. But him and his agent will probably be asking for a lot so they'd probably go elsewhere.

The number of teams interested in Rockets RFA KJ McDaniels has increased to 12. No offer sheet presented as yet.

Cy, bruh.. Stop while you're down.. Don't dig yourself any deeper.

Who is comparable to him that is 3 to 4 times cheaper?

McDaniels finally signed, a little over 3m a year. All the reported early interest must have been his agent working the channels.

Exactly. Agent calls and asks Team X if they'd have interest in signing K.J. Team X says they might consider him for the right price. Agent adds that team to the number who are "pursuing McDaniels."
