Was gonna say Bobby Jones reminded me of Gordon Hayward...

... then I saw the finger thing after each makes.

Wow... talk about coincidence.

Robert Parish C

Bobby Jones so underrated. What a intriguing player he was.

Definitely, I had to look over the draft board three different times to make sure he wasn't already gone

I'm already pretty well loaded with bigs (Ewing, Howard and Webber) but I'd have thought long and hard about taking Parish at 93 if he kept falling.

Ya you are, I thought the chance to have to the 2 most durable centers (Jabbar the other) was too good to pass up

lol. No doubt. All of a sudden I'm a spectator. U guys realize there are two all time greats that got drafted in the third round last year still on the board. Lol

Yeah.. I mean what kind of trades did you make to not have to pick in the last 2 rounds??!!! Must have been some deals!!!

I've stayed away from trades in this draft but will be more interested in trades with the current nba player drat

#91 - Sidney Moncrief - Sid the Squid

Moncrief led the University of Arkansas Razorbacks trio known as "The Triplets" to the 1978 Final Four, which ended in a win in the NCAA Consolation Game versus #6 Notre Dame. Moncrief went on to play 11 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA), as his career was cut short by degenerative knees. Moncrief averaged over 20 points per game in four seasons of his career and finished his 11-season NBA career with an average of 15.6 PPG. A noted defensive player, he won the first two NBA Defensive Player of the Year awards in 1983 and 1984. Among Moncrief's admirers wasMichael Jordan who once described his on-court intensity to an L.A. Times reporter: "When you play against Moncrief, you're in for a night of all-around basketball. He'll hound you everywhere you go, both ends of the court. You just expect it."
